Description

Lead the architecture and development of the Money product backend, focusing on scalable, high-availability services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and shape the technical architecture of the evolving banking core.
• Develop and maintain highly available, scalable microservices in production.
• Translate product requirements into user stories and technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and foster a strong technical culture through code reviews.
• Drive projects from inception to completion and propose new initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong backend development with Java or Scala.
• Expertise in Microservices or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native environments, preferably Kubernetes.
• Experience with relational databases and ORMs, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Ability to work in a collaborative coding environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Kotlin.
