Description

Lead a team of 3-4 engineers while overseeing technical architecture and delivery for cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3-4 developers, coordinating with offshore teams in India.
• Design and explain microservices architecture and system design patterns.
• Own the development of cloud-native applications using AWS services.
• Manage code repositories using GIT and support Agile software development lifecycles.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Java development.
• Deep knowledge of SpringBoot and Spring MVC.
• Strong experience with AWS, specifically Lambda, API Gateway, and Security.
• Expertise in Microservices and authentication protocols.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on database experience.
• Experience with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours to support India-based team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks such as React JS.
