Lead development efforts while remaining hands-on with the codebase.

You will own the release pipeline and drive technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop applications using Java, JavaScript, and Spring frameworks.
• Implement TDD and BDD practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor team members on new technologies and design patterns.
• Write and maintain automated tests using frameworks like RTL, Jest, or Cypress.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly through written documentation or technical forums.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on development experience.
• Expertise in Java.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Spring MVC and Spring Boot.
• Experience building and consuming Web Services.
• Deep understanding of TDD and BDD processes.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as RTL, Jest, or Cypress.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cloud-native environments including K8s, Azure, or AWS.
