Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and support documentation for data migration, compliance, and UI usability.
• Resolve scope ambiguities by coordinating directly with customers and onsite stakeholders.
• Develop reusable assets and technical artifacts based on industry standards.
• Guide teams in producing case studies, whitepapers, and technology recommendations.
• Present technical solutions and architectures in industry forums and workshops.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading development teams.
• Strong design and development skills in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Hadoop and Spark (Scala/Python).
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with query tuning.
• Proficiency in Microservices and automated testing.
• Experience with Oracle, MongoDB, and Angular.
• Deep understanding of Java architecture, backend structures, and secure coding practices.
• Proven track record in application performance enhancement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data migration and third-party tool integration.
