Description

Lead backend development and architecture for scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor backend developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
• Design and implement scalable backend architectures using Java and Node.js.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and GraphQL architectures.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases to ensure data integrity.
• Establish coding standards and identify performance bottlenecks to optimize application efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend development.
• Expert knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Node.js.
• Extensive experience with GraphQL design and implementation.
• Proficiency with SQL, NoSQL, and Elastic Search management.
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization procedures.
• Experience building highly scalable systems and complex backend architectures.
• Proficiency with Git and version control.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
