Lead technical direction and development teams for complex system implementations in wealth management domains.

Responsibilities

• Reverse engineer existing systems to map processes and define technological flows for future architectures.
• Direct development teams and participate in technical design meetings to provide implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to develop, enhance, and refine user stories based on project scope.
• Translate technical processes and requirements to developers to ensure alignment with design solutions.
• Lead implementations involving global teams across wealth management domains.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of technical experience in technical architect, solution architect, or business analyst roles.
• In-depth knowledge of Java and other programming languages.
• Hands-on expertise with Kafka, Azure data lake, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of database schemas, relationships, and various operating systems.
• Experience in wealth management domains, including trading, front office, or back office applications.
• Proven ability to lead global development teams.
• Advanced analytical skills for system mapping and problem-solving.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite integration.
