• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Demonstrated experience automating development tasks using various tools.
• Proficiency with Python is highly beneficial for this role.
• Experience operating at a lead level, including mentoring and technical guidance.
• Familiarity with IDEs and general automation tooling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the financial services sector.
• Exposure to AI for process automation.
