Description

Lead engineering efforts focused on automating development lifecycle tasks and serving as the primary technical contact for automation across teams.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write automation scripts for development activities, including pipeline migration and vulnerability remediation.
• Build automation solutions leveraging Python, Java, and AI tools.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on automation best practices.
• Resolve automation-related technical questions for engineering teams.
• Operate at a lead level to drive technical strategy and execution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Proficiency with Python for automation scripting.
• Experience automating development tasks using various tooling.
• Familiarity with IDEs and general automation infrastructure.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the financial services sector.
• Exposure to AI for process automation.
