Bridge legacy mainframe systems and modern distributed architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research production incidents and implement corrective actions to support operations.
• Develop functional and technical specifications, designs, and code for complex applications.
• Manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement analysis to maintenance.
• Enforce development best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze system outputs and suggest technical enhancements.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software development.
• 8+ years of experience in COBOL and JCL development.
• Proficiency in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong experience with Mainframe, COBOL, and DB2.
• Hands-on experience with JCL and IBM CICS.
• Experience with MQ messaging.
• Working knowledge of Relational Databases (DB2).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
