Description

You will design and define end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale Java applications and microservices using Spring Boot, while providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale Java applications and microservices-based solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and design best practices.
• Review application code, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement security and optimization improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and application lifecycle management processes.
• Support production environments by resolving critical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Java development, including enterprise application and microservices architecture design.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of design patterns and enterprise application development.
• Proven experience implementing CI/CD strategies and optimizing application performance.
• Experience providing technical leadership and supporting production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in root cause analysis for complex production issues.
• Background in translating business requirements into technical solutions.
