Description

You will design end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale Java applications and microservices using Spring Boot. You will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure adherence to coding standards. You will review code, resolve production issues, and collaborate with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and define architecture for enterprise-scale Java applications and microservices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Review application code, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement security improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
• Support production environments by resolving critical issues and conducting root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience implementing CI/CD strategies and optimizing application performance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience providing technical leadership in enterprise environments.
