Description

Design, develop, and deploy microservices using Java and Spring Boot to transition a platform from legacy systems to modern architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage synchronous and asynchronous REST APIs for data exchange.
• Integrate and manage message brokers including Kafka and Azure Event Hub.
• Implement Change Data Capture (CDC) using Debezium connectors with PostgreSQL and Oracle.
• Migrate existing logic from PL/SQL to the new microservices framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Azure Event Hub.
• Expertise in implementing Change Data Capture (CDC) using Debezium.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies and continuous integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes containerized environments.
