Description

Design and build enterprise-grade microservices for the financial services domain, owning the full lifecycle from development to production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain microservices using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Design and implement RESTful and SOAP web services with high performance and security.
• Optimize database interactions using Oracle and PostgreSQL, including PL/SQL and performance tuning.
• Manage application deployment and lifecycle using WebLogic and Apache Tomcat.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle for automated testing and release.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• Deep expertise in Core Java: Multithreading, Collections, Streams, and JVM tuning.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture, design patterns, and integration patterns.
• Proficiency with Spring Framework components: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Hibernate/JPA for ORM and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk or ELK.
• Understanding of security standards including OAuth, JWT, and encryption.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration beyond basic Docker usage.
