Description

You will develop and maintain scalable Java microservices, owning module deliveries from design through production.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement functional use cases and business logic in collaboration with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Write clean, reusable Java code and integrate strategic changes into existing applications.
• Develop unit and automation tests, debugging production issues as needed.
• Manage module deliveries independently using CI/CD practices.
• Track multiple tasks and provide timely updates to engineering leads.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Knowledge of database interaction using PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with message queuing systems (JMS, MQ, Kafka).
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to read and modify legacy code in C++ or .NET.
• Familiarity with Angular.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with legacy C++ or .NET codebases.
