Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java-based microservices using the Spring Boot framework.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party systems and user-facing elements.
• Deploy microservices into containerized environments using Docker.
• Implement automated testing, unit tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Optimize services for speed and scalability within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and containerization.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a microservices environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
