Lead technical delivery for medium to large-scale platform implementations while managing a team of 3-5 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Manage a 3-5 member engineering team while collaborating with client architects to define roadmaps and best practices.
• Analyze and resolve critical system failures to restore service on large-scale platforms.
• Lead technical integration projects and manage platform operational requirements.
• Provide independent technical solutions and architectural guidance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java, Microservices, and SQL.
• Strong expertise in Java 8 or 11 and J2EE frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and ORM tools like Hibernate or JPA.
• Proficiency with RDBMS including Oracle and MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as Couchbase or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of CI/CD workflows using Bitbucket, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage client-facing architectural discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure Data Factory and Azure APIM.
• Experience using SoapUI or Postman for REST and SOAP services.
