Lead the design, development, and maintenance of digital technology systems and software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to an engineering team focused on common goals.
• Design, develop, and implement computer systems and software applications.
• Create technical design specifications and define methods in accordance with SDLC.
• Participate in testing, certification, and performance monitoring processes.
• Ensure the team meets product owner goals using Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot framework.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Kafka.
• Knowledge of GraphQL for API development.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Ability to collaborate with technical peers and guide junior staff.

Preferred Skills

• Background in computer science or engineering technical concepts.
• Experience with predictive maintenance and system performance optimization.
