Lead technical delivery and operational success for e-commerce applications through the full SDLC.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise on e-commerce systems and lead technical delivery.
• Review team code and guide developers in resolving complex technical issues.
• Optimize application performance across client, server, and database layers.
• Communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business, and management leadership.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with a focus on e-commerce applications.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture using Spring Boot and GCP.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, PubSub, and RabbitMQ.
• Experience managing Postgres databases.
• Practical knowledge of RESTful services.
• Experience with application servers including JBoss and WebLogic.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.
