Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of Java-based microservices architectures while mentoring mid-level engineers and managing project execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions, define system enhancements, and deploy new products.
• Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint and develop standards for coding, testing, and debugging.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work and assessing risk for business decisions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, and Microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle databases and Kafka messaging systems.
• Proven ability in system analysis and application development.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly and communicate clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) status in at least one area of Applications Development.
