Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based microservices architecture, ensuring system integrity and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements for new products.
• Resolve high-impact problems by evaluating complex business and system processes.
• Establish and enforce standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Advise and coach mid-level developers, allocating work and ensuring adherence to the architecture blueprint.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
• Expertise in Java, J2EE, and Microservices design.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle databases and Kafka messaging.
• Proven ability in system analysis and complex programming.
• Experience in project management and application development.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Subject matter expertise in Applications Development.
