You lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable microservices-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect distributed systems ensuring high availability and performance.
• Guide and mentor development teams while enforcing coding standards.
• Define technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and product managers.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with external services.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and automate build and deployment processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with Core Java and Spring Framework.
• Strong experience in microservices architecture using Spring Boot.
• Proven experience building scalable cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, API Gateway, and message queues.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture using Kafka.
• Knowledge of security standards and authentication frameworks such as OAuth2 or JWT.
