Description

You will lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications, aligning technical execution with architecture and business goals.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Analyze complex systems to identify improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Mentor team members and enforce coding standards and security compliance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes deployments.
• Develop REST APIs and integrate event-driven architectures using Kafka.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and Microservices patterns.
• Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Experience with REST APIs, Kafka, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Expertise in SQL, Hibernate/JPA, and application security practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization.
• Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams.
