Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts to identify and define necessary system enhancements.
• Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues and recommend programming solutions.
• Apply fundamental knowledge of programming languages for design specifications and analyze applications to identify vulnerabilities.
• Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts in the development team.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure client-side and server-side architectures.
• Act as a key team player, taking ownership of specific modules and ensuring timely business deliveries.
• Partner closely with development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to implement technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to industry-standard design patterns and coding standards.
• Contribute to the refactoring, optimization, and upkeep of existing applications to improve performance and security.
• Conduct thorough unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure application responsiveness and high availability.

Experience Required: 2-5 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry with intermediate level experience in Applications Development role. Proven hands-on experience as a Full-Stack Developer or in a similar software engineering role.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
