Good to Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, knowledge of containers and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes, familiarity with message queues and streaming platforms such as Kafka and RabbitMQ, understanding of NoSQL databases including MongoDB, DynamoDB, and Cassandra, security best practices and authentication methods like OAuth2 and JWT, and experience supporting high-availability or mission-critical systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications and services for enterprise environments.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for scalable systems.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems for high performance.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security across all developed solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team knowledge sharing to foster professional growth.
• Collaborate effectively with product managers, QA teams, DevOps, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues in both development and production environments efficiently.
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Experience Required: 7+ years of professional experience in software development with strong proficiency in Java 17+, experience with Spring/Spring Boot framework, solid understanding of object-oriented design and design patterns, and experience working in Agile development environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
