Description

You will design and develop cloud-native applications using Java and Node.js on AWS, managing the full software development life cycle from design to implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing software APIs.
• Build serverless microservices and RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Implement cloud-native applications following 12-factor design principles and design patterns.
• Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from design to implementation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Core Java/J2EE development.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8, including stream-based lambda expressions.
• Proficiency with Node.js and Struts.
• Experience building RESTful Web Services and APIs.
• Working knowledge of AWS services including Lambda, Glue, and Database Migration Services (DMS).
• Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and/or Ansible.
• Understanding of web standards and CSS-based design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the airline industry.
