Description

You will develop and maintain Java and Node.js applications, designing REST and SOAP web services while optimizing database interactions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize REST and SOAP web services.
• Implement and optimize database interactions using Oracle, DB2, or Sybase.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs using REST and SOAP protocols.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of software development experience with a strong background in Java and Node.js.
• Proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience implementing messaging systems like Kafka and ActiveMQ.
• Familiarity with J2EE, Servlets, and Tomcat web servers.
• Experience in API/Web Services development using REST, SOAP, and JSON.
• Proficiency in SOA, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Knowledge of Oracle, DB2, or Sybase database systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
