Description

Responsibilities:

• Application Development: Design and develop scalable applications using Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and related technologies.
• Flexcube Customization: Implement and customize Oracle Flexcube modules to meet business requirements.
• OBPM Implementation: Develop workflows and business processes using Oracle BPM Suite.
• Database Management: Write complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and performance tuning.
• System Integration: Ensure smooth integration between Flexcube/OBPM and other enterprise applications.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues in production and development environments.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE development.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, database design, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube (retail or corporate banking modules).
• Proficiency in Oracle BPM Suite (OBPM).
• Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and API integration.
• Strong understanding of banking domain processes and workflows.
• Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred, but not required:

• Exposure to Microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with performance tuning for large-scale banking applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
