Description

Design, develop, and maintain scalable banking applications using Java, Oracle PL/SQL, and Oracle Flexcube.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle Flexcube modules for retail or corporate banking.
• Implement business workflows using Oracle BPM Suite (OBPM).
• Write complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers with performance tuning.
• Integrate Flexcube and OBPM with enterprise applications via SOAP/REST APIs.
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and resolve production issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.
• Advanced Oracle PL/SQL skills, including database design and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Flexcube customization.
• Proficiency in Oracle BPM Suite (OBPM).
• Experience with Web Services (SOAP/REST) and API integration.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Strong understanding of banking domain processes.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Microservices and cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
