Description

You will lead system architecture and applications development for complex financial platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to define system enhancements and integrate functions to meet business goals.
• Resolve high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes.
• Ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint and development standards.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation across the team.
• Coach mid-level developers and allocate work to ensure project success.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in applications development or system analysis.
• Strong expertise in Java programming and system architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Redis and Apache Flink.
• Demonstrated ability in system analysis and business process analysis.
• Proven track record in managing and implementing successful software projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of applications development.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenLink Endur.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
