Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Java applications while shaping technical direction and mentoring the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop high-quality, scalable Java-based software solutions.
• Own all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Influence the technical roadmap and drive technology selection processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java development with strong core concepts.
• Extensive experience building microservices architectures using Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with AWS frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Practical knowledge of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Azure or GCP cloud environments.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
