Description

You will manage and troubleshoot multi-tier cloud applications and on-premise software solutions. You will restore functionality by resolving platform disturbances, system failures, and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot system failures and technical issues to restore functionality.
• Manage and prioritize multiple incidents while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle client communications via phone and email to resolve technical queries.
• Apply Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes within an ITIL framework.
• Monitor application health and performance across enterprise-level infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise application and infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Java programming and analyzing heap dumps.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools including Kibana, Splunk, and Grafana.
• Solid understanding of Web Services and multi-tier architectures.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting cloud-based software products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
• Ability to work primarily in shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes (K8s), and Docker.
