Description

Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for Java-based production applications in Anna, OH.

You will own incident resolution, root cause analysis, and proactive monitoring to ensure application stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to production incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis on production issues to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor application performance, system configurations, and server logs to identify issues proactively.
• Assist with application releases and updates following change management policies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and support manuals.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in production support for Java-based applications.
• Proficiency in Java programming and hands-on troubleshooting of Java applications.
• Strong understanding of J2EE and the Spring Framework.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Experience using application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or JBoss.
• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Availability to participate in an on-call rotation for critical production issues.
