Description

You provide L2 production support for Java and J2EE applications in Austin, TX.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing design and code to resolve production issues.
• Integrate with L3 teams to facilitate bug fixes.
• Monitor application health using Splunk and related frameworks.
• Manage and resolve incidents using standard ticketing tools.

Required Skills

• Experience in Java, J2EE, and Web Services.
• Proficiency with Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Splunk technologies.
• Working knowledge of AWS services.
• Ability to perform SQL database queries.
• Experience using standard ticketing tools.
