Description

You will manage technical support resolutions and drive automation to improve platform reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, serving as the primary escalation point for L1 support.
• Automate manual processes and build debug tooling to increase efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Participate in on-call rotations and respond to incidents as required to maintain platform stability.
• Develop runbooks, documentation, and code snippets for clients and internal engineering teams.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to mature SRE strategies for scalability and performance.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience in production support or engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with Java programming.
• Proficiency in SQL and RDBMS environments such as Oracle, DB2, or Sybase ASE/IQ.
• Experience working within UNIX environments.
• Ability to write scripts using Shell or Perl for automation and debugging.
• Experience debugging API calls and managing UI/API integrations.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with senior external clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building out support functions and automating resolution for repeat issues.
