Description

You will provide front-line technical support for Java/JEE applications, resolving production incidents under strict SLAs and performing root cause analysis using Java, SQL, and UNIX shell scripting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis using Java, SQL, and UNIX shell scripting.
• Monitor applications to ensure operational readiness and participate in production governance.
• Support integrated releases, server upgrades, and coordinate with infrastructure and development teams.
• Participate in out-of-hours L2 support rotation while driving efficiency and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience with a focus on Java/JEE application support.
• Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting for debugging and issue resolution.
• Strong SQL skills for database troubleshooting.
• Hands-on knowledge of incident, change, and problem management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
