Description

Manage production support for Java-based web applications and microservices in a globally distributed team.

You will own incident, change, and problem management processes, including escalation procedures. Execute deployments and support after-hours maintenance windows. Troubleshoot production issues across APIs, web applications, and containerized environments. Participate in an on-call rotation covering weekdays and weekends. Monitor and maintain systems within a Kubernetes and container-based architecture.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java and Linux application support.
• Strong UNIX/Linux command line and system skills.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and APIs.
• Proficiency with database concepts.
• Experience managing deployment pipelines, builds, and releases.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX.

Preferred Skills

• Strong scripting knowledge for automation and troubleshooting.
