Description

You will provide front-line technical support for Java/JEE applications, resolving production incidents under strict SLAs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and fix issues using Java, SQL, and UNIX shell scripting.
• Monitor applications to ensure operational readiness and participate in production governance.
• Support integrated releases, server upgrades, and coordinate with infrastructure and development teams.
• Participate in out-of-hours L2 support rotation and drive efficiency and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on Java/JEE application support.
• Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting and strong SQL skills for debugging and issue resolution.
• Hands-on knowledge of incidents, change, and problem management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
