Description

Manage production systems and lead support efforts to ensure application stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and perform application support to maintain system uptime.
• Monitor infrastructure and identify bugs to suggest technical fixes.
• Lead support teams and oversee production system maintenance.
• Participate in a weekend rotation schedule.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Proficiency in Unix environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL for database management.
• Experience using Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.
• Ability to use Python for scripting or automation.
• Understanding of DevOps practices.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
• Previous experience in a lead or team support role.

• Any Graduate education background.
