Description

You will provide L2/L3 production support for Java/J2EE applications, ensuring system stability and rapid incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health, logs, and batch jobs in production environments.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents, service requests, and defects within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive fixes to avoid recurrence.
• Coordinate with development teams to facilitate bug fixes and permanent solutions.
• Support application deployments, patches, and hotfixes while maintaining production support documentation and SOPs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support.
• Proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies.
• Experience with the Spring framework.
• Ability to handle L2/L3 support tasks independently.
• Competency in SQL for database-related issues and query execution.
• Experience managing production incidents and service requests.
