Description

You will provide L2 production support for Java-based applications, ensuring stability and resolving production issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage application stability and resolve production incidents within an ITSM framework.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting within Linux file systems to identify root causes.
• Execute complex SQL queries, including joins, sub-queries, DML, and DDL, to investigate data issues.
• Monitor application health and performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in Java production support.
• Hands-on Core Java experience.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and file system management.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and retrieval.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and tools.
• Strong, confident communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps tools and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud knowledge and automation tools like Chef, Puppet, or XLR.
