Description

You will ensure the stability and performance of Java-based enterprise applications through L2/L3 troubleshooting and incident management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve P1 and P2 incidents within SLAs, coordinating with stakeholders and providing status updates during outages.
• Identify root causes of technical glitches in Spring Boot applications and implement permanent fixes.
• Optimize complex SQL queries, perform data fixes, and troubleshoot performance issues in Oracle and MSSQL environments.
• Monitor application health on AWS using cloud-native tools to ensure high availability.
• Troubleshoot RESTful APIs and microservices by analyzing logs and traces to identify logic or connectivity failures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Core Java and Spring Boot, including collections, multithreading, and OOPS.
• Hands-on debugging of Java code, including thread and heap dump analysis.
• Proficiency in writing stored procedures, triggers, and complex joins in Oracle and MS SQL Server.
• Practical knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, or Lambda).
• Experience with ticketing tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Splunk or NewRelic.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks for incident, problem, and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling L2/L3 support in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to work a 24x7 rotational shift model, including weekends and holidays.
