Description

You will lead the SRE team to ensure technical assurance and quality delivery across significant projects and multiple technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the SRE team throughout the entire application software development lifecycle, from development and testing to operational transition.
• Coach and mentor team members to improve technical skillsets and establish benchmarks for precision engineering.
• Manage service transition, change, and release processes with a focus on continuous optimization.
• Evaluate risks and defects while analyzing specifications to customize applications for customer needs.
• Drive improvements in delivery and deployment processes using agile methodologies and automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical support or SRE roles.
• Experience managing service transition and change/release processes.
• Ability to lead teams through transitions to new strategic operating models.
• Agile Methodologies.
• Test Automation.
• Test Data Management.
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning and monitoring best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
