Description

You will lead production support for Java-based applications within the supply chain domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and outage resolution for critical production systems.
• Own stakeholder and business communications during support events.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities.
• Maintain support documentation, knowledge bases, and RCA reports.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in production support.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases.
• Experience in the Supply Chain functional domain.
• Proven expertise in supplier collaboration.
• Strong background in incident and outage management.
