Description

Manage production stability and incident resolution for Java and React applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident, problem, change, configuration, and release management processes.
• Monitor application health and performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Handle certificate management and ensure production environment stability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production or application support.
• Proficiency with Java.
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on expertise with UNIX/Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks.
• Experience using Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring.
• Familiarity with Git, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of certificate management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting React applications.
