Description

Maintain and optimize production systems using development and operations practices. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform code-level changes for minor bug fixes and manage code deployments.
• Configure log-based alerts in Splunk to meet defined SLAs.
• Develop health-check alerts for application-level processes in Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Build dashboards to monitor infrastructure performance, including database query performance and API throughput.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support or SRE roles.
• Proficiency in Java for bug fixing and code changes.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Apache Spark.
• Experience with Apache Kafka.
• Proficiency in Splunk for log monitoring and alerting.
• Ability to monitor API-call performance, process rates, and throughput.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
