Manage production systems and lead incident management for Java-based applications.

Monitor infrastructure and maintain system stability.

Responsibilities

• Manage incidents and provide application support by identifying bugs and suggesting fixes.
• Monitor infrastructure and maintain system stability.
• Lead support efforts and provide guidance to the team.
• Participate in a weekend work rotation, with a maximum of five days worked per week.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or application maintenance.
• Proficiency with Java.
• Experience with Unix environments.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database skills.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk for monitoring.
• Ability to use Python for automation or scripting.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and maintenance.
• Proven experience in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining large-scale production systems.
