Description

You will upgrade legacy applications from WebSphere 8.5.5 and remove Internet Explorer 11 dependencies while maintaining Java/JEE applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Upgrade existing applications from WebSphere 8.5.5.
• Remove IE11 specific settings and dependencies from the codebase.
• Maintain and develop Java/JEE applications using WebSphere and Oracle.
• Debug web browser issues and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage code repositories and build processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Java.
• 6+ years of experience with J2EE.
• 6+ years of experience with JSF/JSP.
• 5+ years of experience with Apache Log4j2.
• 5+ years of experience in web browser debugging.
• 3+ years of experience with GitHub.
• Proficiency with Maven.
• Experience working with WebSphere and Oracle.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
