Description

You will upgrade existing applications to Websphere 9 and Java 8 while removing IE11 compatibility settings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Upgrade applications from Websphere 8.5.5 to Websphere 9.
  • Develop features based on user stories.
  • Fix flaws identified by Static Code Analysis (SAST).
  • Implement solutions using JSP, JavaScript, Struts 1.x/2.x, EJB, and JPA.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years experience with Java 8/17.
  • 8+ years experience with J2EE 6.
  • 8+ years proficiency in JavaScript.
  • 8+ years experience with Maven.
  • 6+ years experience with JSF/JSP.
  • 5+ years experience with Github.
  • 5+ years experience with Apache Log4j2.
  • 5+ years experience using OWASP/SAST tools.
  • 5+ years experience with Web browser debugging.
