Description

You will lead the architectural design and delivery of Java-based projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) for complex systems.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
• Solve critical technical problems and guide solution implementation.
• Mentor and train engineering teams on best practices and frameworks.
• Interact directly with customers to align technical deliverables with business needs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Deep expertise in Java, Spring, and Springboot frameworks.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including React and Angular.
• Proven ability to produce comprehensive HLD and LLD documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of technical ownership.
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers and facilitating team training.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
