Description

You will lead Java software projects from requirements to delivery, ensuring technical alignment with business goals. You will manage project plans, track progress, and mitigate risks while mentoring the development team on Java best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Java-based projects, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders, creating detailed project plans and schedules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers on Java technologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Contribute to the company's Java strategy by identifying new opportunities and infrastructure improvements.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in project management.
• Strong understanding of Java programming concepts and technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
